UI/UX DESIGNER
Working on improving their existing products and services (rent out apartments). Getting feedback from customers, NKI(CSI in eng) Customer Satisfaction Index, A/B test, hotjar, surveys and other techniques to gather as much data as possible for better design decisions. Working in depth on their apartments ads and making it easier for customers to sort information, send theie applications. Also worked on the company’s internal system to be more readable, sorted and usable for the staff who handle the clients. A demand was WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) because the company is municipal and also have to be available for those with disabilities. Worked in Figma, building everything from scratch including a designsystem, styleguides and setting up a structure.

Currently working on their apartment rental functionality that needs a new way of thinking and more useful for their users. I’m. responsible for the Ux processes and all the UI high-fi wireframes and prototypes.
